Gerleu operates an informational service. We publish explanatory articles, indicative figures, a deals watch list and reporting for teams. We do not sell goods, we distribute no files or program code, and we provide nothing to obtain or set up. Our service consists of information and analysis only.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG). Consumers may nevertheless direct questions to our contact mailbox, and we will always try to resolve a concern directly and promptly.
